- We operate a pre-booked transportation service around Melbourne.
- We offer you the next fleet (the first available at your location) following the receipt of your reservation.
- A “fair-fare” merchant service fee is associated with each CARD (credit/debit) and EFTPOS transaction.

- Premium Cabs surcharges +$11; Stain Wagon (SUV) & Van surcharges +$14.
- Baby seats cost $50 per item, per trip, if required. Booster Seats are available upon request.
- When you get a reservation, you will receive an email with the pertinent information to verify. Silver Cab will confirm your reservation again. We may cancel if we do not hear from the phone number or email address supplied during the booking.
- The selected fleet will reach the destination 10 minutes prior.
